Our refund policy complies with Moroccan laws and takes into account the specific characteristics of building materials.
1. Right of withdrawal (7 days — unopened products)
In accordance with Law 31-08, the Customer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of their order to request a refund only if the product has not been opened, used, or damaged.
To be eligible, the returned item must be:
- unopened,
- in its original packaging,
- in perfect resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
2. Non-returnable / non-refundable products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ opened bags of cement, plaster, mortar, tile adhesive
❌ heavy products damaged by improper handling
❌ materials weighed, cut, or custom-prepared
❌ sand, gravel, tiles sold by weight, and wood
❌ used tools or machinery
❌ installed, assembled, or modified products
3. Defective or damaged product
If a product arrives:
- damaged,
- incomplete,
- broken,
- or non-compliant,
the Customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Visual proof is mandatory (photos / video).
Depending on the situation, we offer:
✔ product replacement
✔ store credit
✔ full refund
4. Order cancelled before shipment
Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped by our teams.
If the order is already being prepared (heavy products), fees may apply.
5. Refund period
Once the return is validated:
⏱ Refund within 5 to 10 business days
By the same payment method used for the purchase.
