1. Delivery Areas

We deliver:

• Light products (under 35 kg): throughout Morocco
• Heavy products (cement, sand, wood, plaster, bricks, etc.): Greater Casablanca

2. Delivery Times

Light products (tools, accessories): 📦 24 to 72 business hours

Heavy products (cement, sand, wood, plaster, bricks, etc.): 🚚 24 hours to 5 business days

3. Delivery Conditions – Heavy Products

Materials are delivered curbside only.

This means:

• no transport to upper floors
• no handling inside the building
• the customer must provide a team for unloading
• the customer must guarantee truck access

If access is impossible, the carrier may:

• refuse to deliver,
• charge for a return or re-delivery.

4. Verification upon Receipt

The customer MUST:

• check packages
• verify the condition of the goods
• note any damage on the delivery note

Without a written reservation → no claim will be accepted.
