Yes, for lightweight products.
For heavy materials, we deliver exclusively to Greater Casablanca.
2. Do you deliver upstairs?
❌ No.
Delivery of materials is made to the truck's tailgate only.
3. Do I need to arrange for someone to unload?
Yes.
The customer must provide the labor for unloading.
4. What are the delivery times?
- Tools: 24–72h
- Heavy materials: 24h–5 days
5. Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days if the product has not been opened.
6. Which products are not returnable?
